Return Eligibility

A return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order ID and clear photos of the product.

Conditions for Return

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Return requests will not be accepted after 24 hours of delivery.
Return Pickup & Timeline

Once approved, the return pickup will be arranged within 2–4 working days.
The refund process will be completed within 7–10 working days from pickup.
